Determine the need, level of motivation, commitment and personal investment necessary for success in substance abuse treatment.

Determine the level/percent of financing needed to participate in substance abuse treatment, and the willingness to commit to paying back all or some of any financial award (thus supporting a revolving fund).

Assist with finding the most effective, affordable treatment option for the individual, inpatient or outpatient, and help facilitate entry to treatment and the payment of fees.

Coordinate with the treatment facility regarding an aftercare plan and assist with an introduction to the recovering community and other aftercare needs (sober home, training, vocational rehabilitation, employment, counseling, etc.)

Creation and implementation of an acceptable repayment plan based on the financial capability of the individual.
