Operation Rise Again is a community of individuals that care deeply for our brothers and sisters experiencing alcoholism and drug addiction. We believe that anyone that is seeking treatment for their ailment should be able to receive it.

Jonathan grew up in the Charleston area where he currently resides with his wife and two sons. Jonathan is a business owner that serves Mount Pleasant and the greater Charleston areas. He has a strong faith and has been committed to his own recovery since 2009. Jonathan has made it his mission to serve his community through church ministries and helping others navigate their own recovery

John Cato | Treasurer
John Cato served in the United States Army and Georgia National Guard. Retired from the Transportation Department of the CSX Railroad and pursued a career as a General Contractor. Presently is the Owner of Palm Coast Cabinets. He has served on the advisory board of the Charleston Center. Currently serving as the Treasurer for Operation Rise Again and as Chairman of the Board for The Phoenix Project of South Carolina.

Richard (Rick) Case | Secretary
Rick Case has lived in the Charleston, SC area since 2004. He is married to his wife Ann and has two adult children, one who just graduated Clemson and another in his senior year at Clemson. Rick is very active in the recovery community and loves sharing his experience, strength and hope through sponsorship and service to others. Rick is member of Seacoast Church in Mount Pleasant, an entrepreneur in business and will be service ORA as an Outreach Coordinator.

Terrance (Terry) Brown | Advisor
Terry Brown is a retired Colonel in the United States Marine Corps. He has also worked professionally in the field of substance abuse prevention, education and treatment for over 2.5 decades, and was a Community Development leader with United Way for a decade. Additionally, Terry has contributed to the creation, funding, operation, leadership and guidance of more non-profit community agencies than can be recalled. Terry is has also been, and is active in church ministries, activities, and Christian formation and bible study leadership, and is a community volunteer is many forms.

Forest Wieters | Member
Forest Wieters is a business owner and native of Charleston, SC. Him and his wife have 2 children that are 11 and 7. His passions are fishing, spending time with family, and playing sports. He loves working in the community and serving others. He is an active member in the sober community and has not had a drink or any mind altering substances since January 5, 2014. His life drastically changed one he decided to take suggestions and follow the dictates of a Higher Power. He attends Seacoast church and small groups and continues to seek God on a daily basis.

Justice Wieters | Member
Justice is a firm believer of Christ, a devoted wife, and proud mother of two beautiful children with another precious one on the way. Being a registered nurse she has an immense love for serving the community. Over the past 10 years, Justice has been actively guiding people towards finding freedom from alcohol and drug addiction. It brings her great pleasure to fulfill her purpose in life through serving God and others. Justice's passionate walk should urge everyone to join hands with us in making a positive change in the community.

Emily Craig | Member
Emily grew up in Goose Creek, SC, where she developed a deep connection with her community. After overcoming her own battle with substance abuse through Operation Rise Again, Emily has made it her mission to help others on their path to recovery. Now a certified MIG welder, she also serves as a dedicated member of the Seacoast Street Ministry, providing support and care to those less fortunate. Emily’s journey is a testament to her faith and passion for giving back to others.

Jessica Hecker | Member
Jessica was born in Houston, Texas, and grew up in Charleston. She resides in Goose Creek, SC with her husband and daughter. Jessica is a licensed veterinary technician specializing in marketing and community education in Mount Pleasant and the greater Charleston area. She has been a part of the Al Anon community for over a decade. Jessica dedicates her time to family, serving the homeless community, and helping others seek recovery.
